How data gets to the app

Meeting guide inputs, Saint Paul, Minneapolis, and Area 35/36 records

The Meeting Guide app pulls Minnesota meeting data from at least three different sources: Saint Paul Intergroup, Minnneapolis Intergroup, and the Area 35/36 Group records website.  In doing so, it designates a specific primary source for each group.  Therefore, if a group is registered with all of these three entities—any changes made to the group's information MUST be change with the entity that was the source.

In order to learn the "source" of your group's information, the best method is to go to your group listing in the Meeting Guide, scroll down and select the "web page" button.  This will take you to the web page of the entity that houses and provided the data for your group to the Meeting Guide.

In order to change what the Meeting Guide displays regarding your group, you will need to contact the entity whose web page gets displayed with your group.  If you list in more than one place—you will want to be sure that you update the information in each of those places.
